What currency are the prices on the site?
All prices are in USD.

I just placed an order, when will it ship?
We try our best to ship items as quickly as we can. Given the nature of the products, please allow 3 - 5 processing days for your order to be shipped and an average 5 -10 business days to arrive. Tracking numbers will be provided 3 - 5 days after processing your order. If you don't receive a tracking number after 5 business days please email us at XiandLievCreations@gmail.com.

Can my order be returned? What if there is an issue?
If the product is defective, damaged, you receive an incorrect order or there are any other issues, please reach out to us at XiandLievCreations@gmail.com. Please note - we will not replace items damaged in transit, we package each product with care. When emailing, please include your order number and your name in the email heading.

Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be canceled with no penalty as long as they have not already shipped. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled or returned. 

I have entered an incorrect address - what do I do now?
If you have misspelled or input an incorrect address, please email us at XiandLievCreations@gmail.com with your order number, your name and short description in title e.g. "Order 123 - Mary Who - Incorrect Address". We will update the address and resend a confirmation email with the updated information - given products have not already shipped. 

How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary but on average products are received in 5-10 business days after processing time.
